How quickly can you find us accommodation?

Most enquiries get their first options back within 48 hours. Larger or more specific team requirements can take a little longer, but we'll always let you know what to expect.

Do you only work with construction and contractor teams?

No. Contractor and workforce accommodation is our specialty, but we also arrange stays for corporate relocations, individual professionals and project teams of any size.

What happens if our project dates or team size change?

Just let us know. Dates and guest numbers can be updated on an existing booking any time — no need to start a new enquiry, and any price difference is added automatically to your next invoice.

Is there a minimum or maximum stay length?

No fixed minimum or maximum — we arrange stays from a few nights to several months, and a booking can be extended in a couple of clicks whenever a project runs long.

How does billing work if we have several bookings running at once?

All your bookings are consolidated into one invoice on a weekly or monthly cycle, whichever you prefer — one point of contact, one invoice, instead of chasing separate bills per property.
